What You’ll Do

You’ll be the key to a smooth-running kitchen, handling the flow from service to sparkle.

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish station, keeping the flow moving even during busy periods.
• Manage waste and recycling, ensuring a tidy and safe workspace.
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen stocking as needed to support the team.
• Work with purpose and efficiency, juggling tasks to keep pace with the restaurant’s rhythm.
• Collaborate closely with cooks and servers, embodying our all-in-good-company spirit.
