 Key Responsibilities

Your versatility will be your greatest asset as you move between our teams, providing essential support wherever it’s needed most.

• Work in our kitchen as a dish hand, maintaining a high-paced and hygienic dishwashing station and assisting chefs with basic food prep.
• Join our housekeeping team to ensure our operating base is always presented to the highest standard, paying close attention to detail.
• Support our beachfront café team by running orders and clearing tables efficiently to enhance the front-of-house experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing roster requirements and shift seamlessly between different teams and tasks, often at short notice.
• Take initiative to identify what needs to be done and tackle all tasks, whether physically demanding or repetitive, with consistent energy and a positive spirit.

Qualifications

• A fantastic, can-do attitude and the energy to thrive in a physically active role are essential.
• You must be highly adaptable, reliable, and able to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team.
• The stamina to handle a busy pace and the willingness to get your hands dirty are absolutely key.
• While this is a permanent role, we will consider applicants who can commit to a minimum of three months.
• No prior experience? No problem! We provide full, comprehensive training to set you up for success.
