 Key Responsibilities

In this autonomous and rewarding role, you will be a welcomed and trusted presence in clients’ homes. Your key duties will include:

• Providing domestic assistance as outlined in individual care plans, including tasks like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Encouraging client participation in their own care to support their independence and well-being.
• Travelling efficiently between client homes within suburbs like Booragoon, Brentwood, Coolbellup, and Kardinya, following a digital schedule via a mobile app.
• Building positive, respectful relationships with clients, offering friendly companionship alongside practical support.
• Ensuring all care is delivered with the utmost respect for the client’s home and preferences.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable and caring individuals who meet the following essential criteria:

• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and unrestricted access to a reliable, registered, and fully insured vehicle.
• 3-6 months of experience in a domestic or industrial cleaning role.
• The ability and confidence to work autonomously, using a mobile app to manage your digital schedule and care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and compassionate nature.
• Availability to work a minimum of three days between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

• A rate of $32.86 per hour + super for part-time, and a casual rate of $41.07 per hour + super.
