Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our cleaning team, you will provide essential services with care and attention. Your work will involve:

Performing regular weekly or fortnightly home cleaning for assigned clients, ensuring a consistently high standard.
Completing more intensive spring cleaning and end-of-lease cleans to specific standards.
Undertaking light housekeeping and general tidying tasks to help clients maintain their living space.
Providing compassionate and respectful cleaning services for NDIS or DVA clients, adhering to any specific requirements.
Managing your schedule reliably, communicating clearly with clients and our support team, and upholding our reputation for trust and quality in every home you enter.

Qualifications

This role is perfect for individuals who are reliable and take pride in their work. You will need:

Long-term availability in Australia. (This role is not suitable for those on Working Holiday Visas).
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
Access to a reliable car and driver’s licence (unless located in a major city with exceptional public transport coverage).
A strong sense of reliability, a keen eye for detail, and a naturally caring, respectful nature.
No formal experience is required a great attitude is most important. We provide full online training and a one-day workshop to equip you for success.
