Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in ensuring our client’s sophisticated equipment operates flawlessly. Your daily tasks will include:
- Installing, testing, and maintaining vibratory feeders, hoppers, elevators, and related automation systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with PLCs, sensors, motors, and pneumatic systems, performing timely repairs.
- Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure long-term equipment reliability.
- Fabricating precision components using CNC equipment as required for repairs or custom setups.
- Providing on-site support for equipment installation, calibration, and performance optimization at client facilities.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics to guide installation and repair work.
Qualifications
We are looking for a technically proficient individual with a solid foundation in engineering principles.
What You’ll Need:
- A Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automation, maintenance, or a closely related field.
- Practical experience with vibratory systems, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical components.
- The ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- A proactive, safety-conscious mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates with direct experience in semiconductor or medical equipment environments will be highly regarded.
