Key Responsibilities

  • Support tradespeople, contractors, and operators with general labour assistance across manufacturing and hire operations.
  • Undertake and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
  • Support the effective maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring all gear is kept in good working order.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively as required for various tasks.
  • Clean and prepare worksites to maintain a safe and organized manufacturing environment.
  • Follow and enforce standards and procedures, complying with codes and legal regulations.
  • Maintain a proactive and positive approach to work, contributing to a productive team culture.
  • Commit to safety for self and others, identifying and reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

A current driver’s licence is required. A White Card is mandatory. Candidates must have great time management skills and a proactive, positive approach to work. Good communication skills are essential. The ability to work as a positive, upbeat team player is important. A strong commitment to safety for self and others is required. Candidates must be reliable, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to travel and work unsupervised is desirable but not essential.
