Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be an essential part of the kitchen and service team, ensuring efficiency and quality in all tasks.

• Assist chefs and management with all assigned food preparation duties, including preparing ample quantities of food to support daily sales.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and helpful service to all customers, contributing to a smooth and positive dining operation.
• Rigorously maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and dining spaces to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by providing support to colleagues across different restaurant zones as needed to maintain seamless service.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety protocols and quality control standards with careful attention to detail.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and skilled candidate who meets the following requirements:

•  A high school diploma is required. Possession of a valid Class C Technician Certificate for Food Baking  is mandatory.
•  A minimum of one year of pizza production or relevant kitchen experience is required.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential. A beginner level of English is required. Must have a solid working knowledge and understanding of food sanitation principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding food quality and sanitation.
• Hardworking, flexible, and able to complete designated tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service.
• A positive, team-player attitude.
