We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable Warehouse and Forklift Operator to join the team at a leading Christchurch site. In this fast-paced role, your accuracy and efficiency in order picking and packing will be key to meeting critical deadlines and supporting smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
You will be a vital part of the daily warehouse workflow. Your core duties will include:
- Safely and efficiently operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse.
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders to meet strict dispatch schedules and quality standards.
- Performing general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks, stock put-away, and cycle counts.
- Handling manual tasks and safely lifting items, with some loads up to 25kg.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company and health & safety policies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid OSH Certificate (F endorsement is a strong bonus).
- Proven, recent experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- The physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks and comfortable with manual handling.
- A reliable, punctual nature and the ability to provide solid work references.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a Ministry of Justice background check.
- Reach truck experience is highly desirable but not essential.
