Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you’ll be essential to the daily success of our projects. Your key duties will include:

• Assisting our experienced operators with a variety of on-site tasks to ensure work runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Supporting the team with concrete setup and pouring, helping to prepare sites and manage materials.
• Performing general labouring duties across our sites, which will involve regular heavy lifting and physical work.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite at all times.
• Learning from the team and showing the initiative needed to progress your skills.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team player with the right attitude and foundation. You will need:

• A valid Construction White Card (mandatory).
• A proven track record of being reliable, punctual, and having a strong work ethic.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• The legal right to work in Australia.
