Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance A Technician on our night shift team, your expertise will directly impact our operational uptime and efficiency. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing preventive maintenance on production machinery to optimize reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
• Accurately diagnosing issues and implementing effective, timely repairs to keep production running smoothly.
• Completing all necessary administrative documentation, such as work orders and maintenance logs, with precision.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborating with the operations team to understand equipment performance and prioritize maintenance activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and technically proficient candidate. The requirements for this role are:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Three to five (3-5) years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
• The ability to work independently, demonstrate high reliability, and follow directions accurately.
• Willingness and ability to work a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, with overtime as required.

Preferred qualifications that make a candidate stand out:

• A technical degree, apprenticeship certification, or equivalent formal training.
• Prior maintenance experience within the corrugated packaging or a similar heavy manufacturing industry.
