 Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the primary curator of cleanliness for a variety of beautiful homes. Your core duties include:

•  Executing detailed residential cleaning services, including dusting, sanitizing, and floor maintenance.
• Managing high-standard move-in and move-out projects to ensure homes are pristine for new occupants.
• Communicating directly with homeowners to understand their specific preferences and deliver a personalized experience.
• Utilizing our web-based platform to manage your schedule, track bookings, and update your availability in real-time.
•  Arriving on time and prepared for every session to maintain the high reputation of the Home Spritz brand.

Qualifications

We are looking for the “best of the best” in the industry. To be successful in our 2026 recruitment, you must meet the following:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional, paid experience in residential housekeeping or maid services.
• Mobility: Access to your own reliable vehicle to commute between various client locations throughout Vancouver.
• Clearance: Ability to pass a comprehensive police record check and provide valid government-issued identification.
• Language Skills: Fluency in written English and a mid-level proficiency in spoken English for clear client communication.
• Tech Readiness: Ownership of a smartphone with a reliable data plan to manage bookings on our digital platform.
• Availability: Committed to working at least 25 hours per week, primarily during weekday shifts.
