Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough, detail-oriented cleaning in different client homes each day using our proven Detail-Clean Rotation System.
- Work efficiently with a partner to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled time, ensuring every home meets our high standards.
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and making beds.
- Interact professionally with clients and respect their homes and privacy.
- Maintain and transport cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Uphold our reputation for quality and reliability with every clean.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A fantastic attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in a job well done.
- A willingness to learn our specific cleaning systems—no prior professional experience is required!
- The physical ability to be on your feet all day and perform light lifting (under 15 lbs). This is an active, physically demanding role.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for getting to our office and client homes.
Benefits and Perks

- Highest Area Pay: Earn $17 – $19 per hour, translating to $550 – $650 per week.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. No nights or weekends! Major holidays off.
