Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the face of our company, delivering quality service that keeps our clients coming back. Your core duties will involve:

• Performing detailed cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, following our high-quality standards to ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service, carefully listening to and addressing any specific client requests or preferences during your service.
• Managing all aspects of cleaning, including floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and handling laundry tasks as needed.
• Safely transporting company-provided supplies and equipment between job sites using your reliable vehicle.
• Taking good care of your assigned cleaning tools and uniforms, ensuring everything is maintained and ready for the next job.
• Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, both while cleaning and when driving to appointments

Qualifications

We’re looking for team players who are serious about building a career in the cleaning industry. To be a great fit, you’ll need:

• At least one year of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or construction) with verifiable references.
• A genuine understanding of physical work, including the ability to be on your feet, bend, and lift for 6-8 hour shifts.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation is an absolute must for this role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a standard background check.
• Excellent people skills, a responsible and honest nature, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Ownership of a smartphone (iPhone or Android) for schedule management and communication.
• Availability to work some Saturdays is a helpful plus.
• Fluency in English is preferred to ensure clear communication with team members and clients.
