Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Partner, you are the expert who transforms each property. Your primary duties will involve:
- Performing thorough cleans of short-term vacation rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Managing laundry tasks such as stripping beds, washing linens, and remaking beds to a high standard.
- Restocking essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, and kitchen amenities.
- Completing a variety of other jobs, from recurring residential cleans to one-time move-out or new construction cleanings.
- Working efficiently to meet turnover deadlines and ensure each property is guest-ready.
- Maintaining clear communication with our operations team regarding job status.
Qualifications
To excel in this independent role, you’ll need a blend of skill and initiative. We’re looking for partners who have:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or residential cleaning is highly preferred.
