Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our environmental services team, you will ensure our facility remains impeccably clean and sanitary. Your daily duties will include:

• Performing a full range of housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces throughout the facility.
• Emptying wastebaskets, restocking supplies in resident rooms and common areas, and polishing fixtures.
• Following established protocols and schedules to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.
• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively, in accordance with facility policies.
• Contributing to a pleasant environment for patients, residents, visitors, and fellow staff members through diligent work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual with the following attributes:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• The ability to make sound, independent decisions to handle daily tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and a consistently positive, respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues.
• The capacity to maintain professional and cooperative working relationships with all associates and vendors.
• While prior experience in a healthcare or similar setting is advantageous, a strong work ethic and a teachable spirit are most important.
