Key Responsibilities
You will be entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness and comfort that defines our facility. Your essential duties will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways according to established schedules and procedures.
- Providing complete laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering residents’ personal clothing and facility linens with care.
- Strictly following all infection control protocols and safety standards to protect the health of residents, staff, and visitors.
- Stocking housekeeping and laundry supplies, and ensuring all equipment is used and stored correctly.
- Working closely and respectfully with nursing staff, residents, and their families to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Approaching every task with a compassionate and resident-centered mindset, recognizing the importance of your role in their daily comfort.
Qualifications
