What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing routine cleaning tasks: You’ll sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces throughout assigned facilities.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms: You’ll keep restrooms spotless, replenish supplies, and make sure hygiene standards are always met.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins: You’ll dispose of waste properly according to company policies.
• Cleaning glass surfaces: You’ll clean windows, mirrors, and other glass so they’re streak-free and clear.
• Maintaining equipment and supplies: You’ll properly store and care for all cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Reporting issues: You’ll let supervisors know about maintenance problems, safety hazards, or supply shortages as soon as they come up.
• Assisting with meetings and events: You’ll help with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Following safety protocols: You’ll always follow safety procedures and company guidelines related to cleaning and sanitation.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus we value proven skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively without constant supervision.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards you know how to use products safely and correctly.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality work.
• Reliability: You show up when you’re scheduled and do what you say you’ll do.
• Physical capability: You’re comfortable with the physical demands of cleaning work.
• Flexibility: You’re available for the assigned shift and open to different tasks as needed.
