Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our installation crew, you will be trained to work on essential safety systems. Your primary duties will involve:
- Installing a variety of critical height safety products such as anchor points, static lines, ladder systems, access platforms, and handrails.
- Working on both existing buildings and active construction sites, ensuring all installations meet strict safety standards.
- Following detailed installation manuals and using provided tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborating closely with your team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining our core value of getting everyone home safely.
Qualifications
We value attitude and potential as much as experience. The ideal candidate will bring:
- A strong work ethic, great energy, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to safety above all else.
- Some hands-on experience with tools or a background in construction is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
