What You Will Be Doing
- You will direct and control daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from opening to closing.
- You will evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- You will plan and organize daily workflows to maximize efficiency and meet customer deadlines.
- You will establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to follow.
- You will plan and control the budget and inventory, keeping costs within targets up to $100,000.
- You will manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies as needed.
- You will hire, train, and supervise staff, building a reliable and skilled team of 1 to 2 people.
- You will address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- You will be available for flexible work hours, including early mornings, evenings, days, on-call shifts, and overtime as required.
What We Are Looking For
- You have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- You have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in laundry, dry cleaning, or a related service industry.
- You have experience directing daily operations and managing staff.
- You are comfortable with budgetary responsibility up to $100,000 and inventory control.
- You can establish policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance.
- You have strong customer service skills and can handle complaints effectively.
- You are flexible and available for various shifts including early morning, day, evening, on-call, and overtime.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of daily operations.
