 Your Role

As a Processing Associate, you will be essential to our daily operations, performing a variety of tasks to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your primary duties will include:

  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment on repetitive tasks such as weighing, bagging, packing, labeling, and boxing meat products.
  • Using knives and other tools to trim and prepare meat products, removing fat, defects, or contamination according to specific guidelines.
  • Monitoring and helping to operate food processing machinery to maintain a smooth production flow.
  • Strictly following all safety rules, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Working in various environmental conditions, including wet or humid areas, and standing for the majority of your shift.
  • Remaining alert and focused around moving mechanical parts and on potentially slippery surfaces.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned to support the team and meet production goals.

What You Need 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Helpful Experience (Not Required):

  • Previous work in a fast-paced, repetitive industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using a knife or food processing equipment.
  • Specific experience in meat processing or packing is a plus, but not necessary—we provide training.

Physical and Environmental Considerations:

  • This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, use stairs, and work in environments with varying temperatures and humidity.
  • You must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including handling meat products and working around machinery.
