Key Responsibilities

As a Print Machine Operator, you will be the key to our daily production success. Your core duties will include:

Overseeing and executing all printing orders to ensure they are completed on schedule and meet our strict quality standards.
Operating, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on printing equipment (experience with Heidelberg, Ryobi, or RMGT machines is preferred).
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain peak machine efficiency.
Managing inventory levels of printing supplies like ink and paper, and placing timely orders to avoid shortages.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and safety guidelines.
Strictly adhering to all operational procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and experienced operator who can handle the demands of a production floor. The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience as a Print Machine Operator.
Hands-on experience with Heidelberg, Ryobi, or RMGT printing machines is highly advantageous.
Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting.
Must be open to working rotating shifts (day-evening-night).
A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours and Location:

Rotating Shifts: Mon–Sat: 7am – 4pm – Mon–Sat: 10:30am – 7:45pm – Mon–Fri: 7:45am – 7:45pm (12-hr) or 7:45pm – 7:45am (12-hr night shift).
Location: West (near Tuas Crescent MRT).
