What You Will Be Doing
- You will support the Head of Sales in daily sales activities, helping the department run smoothly.
- You will identify and follow up on potential customers and project opportunities.
- You will conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand their requirements.
- You will prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- You will build and maintain good relationships with customers and handle their enquiries promptly.
- You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
- You will assist with invoicing, progress claims, and payment follow-ups.
- You will update sales records and reports using the ERP system.
- You will perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support the team.
What We Are Looking For
- You hold a Diploma or Degree in any field of study. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks.
- You are willing to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings, as well as AutoCAD, will be an advantage—but not required.
