Key Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, you will be the key leader on the night shift, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of assembly and test operations. Your core duties will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of production readiness, including workforce deployment and equipment supervision, and promptly addressing any deviations from output targets.
- Leading Defect Review Board (DRB) processes and supporting the resolution of quality exceptions to maintain product integrity.
- Monitoring Q-TIME systems to ensure all operations comply with strict procedural and quality standards.
- Conducting thorough shift handovers, communicating clear updates on production status, work-in-progress (WIP), and any quality concerns.
- Investigating personnel or procedural anomalies and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Auditing production lines for adherence to operational discipline, safety protocols, and 6S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) compliance.
Qualifications
This role requires specific industry experience and verified language proficiency. The mandatory qualifications are:
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) production environments.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or Management.
- Proficient English skills, with a TOEIC score of 600 or above (proof required before interview).
- Intermediate Mandarin skills, equivalent to TOCFL Level B1 (proof required before interview).
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (19:00 – 07:00) on a rotating schedule and cooperate with overtime as needed (typically a pattern of 3 days on, 1 day off).
