Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of precision tasks that ensure the quality and readiness of our products and fixtures. Your core duties will include:
- Executing detailed cleaning and preparation processes, including bead blasting, polishing, and ultrasonic cleaning, for products and service fixtures.
- Conducting thorough quality inspections, meticulously confirming that all items meet strict specifications, and accurately reporting any issues or deviations.
- Maintaining an exceptionally organized and clean work area, with meticulous attention to detail in every task.
- Actively sharing knowledge and working experiences with team members to foster collective learning and improve overall process efficiency.
- Following all documented procedures and safety protocols with the highest level of care and precision.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a practical mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree is preferred; a background in Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A highly proactive attitude with intermediate communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.
- Demonstrated awareness and willingness to perform necessary manual labor and hands-on practical work in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong organizational skills, an innate attention to detail, and a genuine passion for producing high-quality work.
- Intermediate spoken and written English skills are preferred to support effective communication within our global team environment.
