Key Responsibilities
- Instruct staff on correct procedures and protocols for completing assignments in decontamination, preparation and assembly, high level disinfection, and sterilization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sterility principles, ensuring all team members understand and apply best practices in sterile processing.
- Oversee daily operations within the Sterile Processing Service, ensuring workflows are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications
