Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the expert drivers rely on to keep their rigs running. Your day will involve:
- Providing accurate, professional service by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Working with the Truck Service Advisor or Manager to assess vehicle wear, make smart repair recommendations to customers, and clearly explain the work needed.
- Completing repairs efficiently and correctly according to service write-ups.
- Understanding our full range of standard services and specialized customer programs.
- Following all safety guidelines meticulously and helping to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
- Contributing to a fun, trusting team atmosphere focused on exceeding customer expectations every single time.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated team player who is excited to learn and grow with us. Here’s what we’d like to see:
- A positive, dedicated attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Previous experience in an auto repair or parts shop is a strong advantage, but a willingness to learn is key.
