Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and courteous delivery of our services directly to our customers.
- Safely operate a company-provided automatic van to deliver clean laundry to customers’ homes and businesses according to schedule.
- Provide exceptional, professional, and friendly customer service during every interaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Ensure delivery accuracy by carefully verifying orders and delivery instructions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle and use smartphone apps effectively for navigation and communication with the dispatch team.
- Physically handle and transport laundry bags as required.
Qualifications
We are looking for an honest, organised individual with an excellent driving record.
- A current, full, and clean New Zealand driver’s licence is mandatory.
- A reliable, honest work ethic with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry laundry bags.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and apps for delivery logistics.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug checks.
- A customer-service mindset and a professional, courteous demeanor.
