Key Responsibilities
You will provide an essential service that contributes to the comfort and daily life of our village community.
- Handle all aspects of laundry services, ensuring linens, bed sheets, and residents’ personal clothing are washed, folded, and organised neatly and respectfully.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work area, strictly following all set policies and procedures for safety and chemical handling.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of tasks with an excellent eye for detail.
- Work collaboratively as part of the dedicated village team to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable individual with relevant experience and the right to work in New Zealand.
- Experience in a similar laundry position, including safe chemical handling.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strong commitment to delivering excellent, caring service.
- A team-first attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis.
- Must have the current right to work in New Zealand.
