Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Specialist, you’ll act as a central point of coordination between contractors and internal teams, ensuring smooth operational delivery.

  • Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders to support operational delivery across multiple service streams.
  • Process estimates and maintain accurate documentation for projects and services.
  • Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Use email, phone calls, Word, and Excel to keep information up to date and well organised.
  • Support the team by managing schedules, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Contribute to a proactive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for someone with strong administration and coordination experience, clear communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong administration and coordination experience.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to manage schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • In accordance with the Company’s Drug & Alcohol Policy, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred (But Not Essential):

  • Experience in operations support, facilities management, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheduling.
