Key Responsibilities

As our Overnight Custodian, you will ensure every corner of our facility meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your essential duties will include:

Performing a thorough deep clean and sanitization of all member areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
Restocking locker rooms and restrooms with all necessary supplies, such as paper products and soap.
Conducting detailed inspections, identifying and reporting any broken equipment or maintenance issues (like malfunctioning showers, gym equipment, or fixtures) to management promptly.
Following club policies, including the secure handling of any lost and found items.
Ensuring all cleaning is completed efficiently during the overnight shift to have the club ready for the morning rush.

Qualifications

We are seeking a responsible and proactive individual with the following attributes:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Punctuality and unwavering reliability are absolute musts for this third-shift role.
A strong, honest work ethic and the ability to work diligently without constant supervision.
Problem-solving skills to handle routine tasks and unexpected situations independently.
Professionalism and diplomacy in all actions, using appropriate behavior and language at all times.
Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
