Key Responsibilities
Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Key duties across our various positions include:
- Performing thorough sanitization of high-traffic areas like restrooms, offices, and breakrooms.
- Executing detailed cleaning tasks in private homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Operating floor care equipment to strip, polish, buff, wax, and seal hard floors and carpets.
- Leading and training a team of cleaners, managing schedules, and ensuring quality control (for Supervisor roles).
- Following all company safety protocols and using green-certified products effectively.
- Maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic. The requirements vary by role:
- High school diploma-GED, clean background check, ability to lift 25+ lbs.
- 1 year of experience (preferred), attention to detail, verifiable references, professional demeanor.
- 2+ years of hard-floor/carpet care experience, knowledge of buffing and stripping.
- 3+ years of experience, proven leadership skills, and strong communication.
- All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a drug screening.
