Key Responsibilities

You will be entrusted with maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Your primary duties will include:

• Completing a full range of cleaning tasks at a commercial property in Columbia, including detailed dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Carefully following our established cleaning checklists and safety procedures to ensure thorough and efficient service.
• Communicating professionally with clients on-site to address any specific requests or concerns.
• Properly using, maintaining, and transporting company cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damages observed at the client’s property to management.
• Handling end-of-job tasks such as disposing of large garbage bags in the designated dumpster and laundering used cleaning rags after your shift.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• The ability to pay for and pass a mandatory background check (a $29 fee applies).
• A strong sense of responsibility, excellent time management, and the reliability to work every Saturday.
• The capability to work effectively both independently and cooperatively with team members.
• Keen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• The physical ability to lift and move standard cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a smartphone for communication and task management.
• While previous cleaning experience is a plus, it is not required—we provide paid training.
