Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our cleaning team, you’ll be the reason our clients smile. Your role will include:
- Arriving on time and prepared for each shift with a positive, professional attitude.
- Greeting clients warmly and cleaning assigned homes or offices using our proven top-to-bottom, left-to-right system.
- Responsibly tracking keys and assignments, and using GPS for efficient navigation between jobs.
- Logging your shift details accurately in our user-friendly app and communicating promptly with our office about any updates.
- Conducting a final walk-through to ensure every home is left spotless and meets our high standards.
Qualifications

- Lives in the South Charlotte area to ensure reliable service for our clients.
- Has a strong work ethic, is dependable, and takes pride in a job well done.
- Possesses a friendly, professional demeanor for interacting with clients.
- Is comfortable using a smartphone app for GPS and basic logging.
- Is physically able to handle cleaning tasks and has their own reliable transportation.
