Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the key to maintaining a pristine environment during the weekend. Your core duties will include:

• Performing thorough cleaning and upkeep of your assigned area, including dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Cleaning floors, ceilings, walls, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using approved chemical cleaners and equipment.
• Servicing, cleaning, and restocking restrooms and food areas to ensure they are fully supplied and sanitized.
• Gathering and disposing of all trash and recyclables from assigned zones.
• Notifying your manager about any needed repairs or maintenance issues you observe in the building.
• Following all safety and compliance procedures meticulously when using cleaning products and power equipment.
• Completing seasonal tasks as needed, such as sweeping walkways, removing light snow, or raking leaves.
• Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with coworkers and client staff.
