Key Responsibilities
As the heart of the guest experience, your primary role is to create magic. Your key duties will include:
- Providing exceptional, friendly service by guiding guests through the fun process of creating their own personalized stuffed animal.

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who embody our spirit. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent. (An associate’s degree or higher in a related field is a plus, but your attitude is what matters most!).
- A natural “How Can I Help?” attitude and a true enjoyment in meeting new people.
- Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
- Personal and professional integrity, with a naturally warm and fun-loving personality.
- The physical ability to be active throughout a shift, including standing, moving, and occasionally lifting items over 25 lbs.
