Key Responsibilities
You will be the central point of contact, managing both the front desk and key clinical support tasks. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional front-desk service: greeting patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries via phone and in-person, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Performing full administrative cycles: patient registration, accurate data entry into the Clinic Management System (CMS), billing, cashiering, and generating medical reports.
- Assisting with basic clinical procedures: conducting preliminary health screenings such as measuring height, weight, blood pressure, and vision tests.
- Explaining medical services and fees clearly to patients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
- Supporting clinic operations: managing medical inventory, ensuring exam rooms are prepared, adhering to strict infection control protocols, and collaborating closely with the Centre Manager and medical staff.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Diploma or Nitec in any field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proven hands-on experience with clinic administrative duties and performing basic health screening tests.
- Proficiency in operating a Clinic Management System (CMS) for data management and report generation.
- Outstanding organisational, multitasking, and communication skills with a natural empathy for patients.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with additional clinical skills, such as phlebotomy certification, will have a distinct advantage.
