Key Responsibilities
In this field-based role, you will be the face of Ecolab, providing expert and reliable service to a portfolio of commercial clients. Your day will involve:
- Performing scheduled and reactive pest management services at customer sites across Sydney, following strict safety and compliance protocols.
- Conducting thorough inspections, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective, targeted treatment plans.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and expert advice.
- Completing detailed service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to add value for customers and contribute to account retention and growth.
- Utilizing and maintaining company-provided equipment and vehicles to a high standard.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our team. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Some experience and/or a relevant qualification as a Pest Technician is advantageous, but a strong willingness to learn is essential—we provide full training for the right attitude.
- A genuine passion for outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
- An inquisitive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage your own schedule efficiently.
- A current driver’s licence and a commitment to safety in all aspects of your work.
