Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our packaging team, you will operate the machinery that forms our bottles. Your core duties will include:

  • Safely operating PET blow moulding and/or injection moulding machinery to produce high-quality packaging.
  • Performing standard start-up, shut-down, and changeover procedures.
  • Monitoring machine performance and product quality, making basic adjustments to maintain optimal process parameters.
  • Identifying and resolving basic mechanical faults or production issues to minimise downtime.
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and a safe working environment.
  • Working effectively with production and maintenance colleagues to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications

We are looking for a hands-on professional with the right technical attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Practical experience operating PET blow moulding or injection moulding machinery. Specific experience is preferred but not essential for a candidate with strong transferable skills.
  • A mechanical aptitude and confidence in performing basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Reliability, a strong safety focus, and a collaborative team-player attitude.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends.
