Key Responsibilities
As a specialist operator, you will be the expert responsible for the full cycle of our large-format printing operations. Your core duties will include:
- Operating, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on advanced digital printers, specifically the EFI VUTEk 5r+ and JHF 398.
- Managing paper and substrate stock, ensuring materials are properly loaded, stored, and prepared for printing.
- Refilling inks, cleaners, and other consumables, and conducting basic troubleshooting to ensure machines run at optimal efficiency.
- Performing quality checks on prints for colour accuracy, registration, and overall finish.
- Hand-packing and preparing finished products with care for delivery or customer collection.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all operational and safety protocols.
- Accurately logging production data, material usage, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
This role requires specific technical experience and language skills. The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven, hands-on experience operating and maintaining large-format digital printing machines.
- Direct experience with EFI VUTEk 5r+ and or JHF 398 printers is highly advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English is required for liaising with suppliers, team members, and supervisors.
- Strong technical aptitude for machine setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Keen attention to detail, with a focus on producing and delivering high-quality printed products.
- Ability to manage physical tasks including handling paper rolls and substrate materials.
- A reliable, responsible work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
