Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our night shift production team, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and optimising sophisticated production machinery to achieve maximum throughput and maintain high product quality standards.
- Performing routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and general upkeep of your assigned packing line area.
- Quickly troubleshooting mechanical and technical faults to minimise downtime and maintain a consistent production flow.
- Assisting the Production Supervisor and working collaboratively with the team to ensure daily packing plans are met efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate production and quality documentation as required.
- Upholding the highest standards of health and safety, proactively identifying and reporting any hazards.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who combine technical skill with a great attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent computer skills and a strong technical or mechanical aptitude.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
