Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will be responsible for key stages of our production process. Your core duties will include:
- Safely and accurately performing chemical blending and batch manufacturing according to strict formulas and procedures.
- Assisting with packing operations and the thorough cleaning of production equipment and areas.
- Following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) with excellent attention to detail.
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
- Adhering to the highest standards of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Operating a forklift (if licensed) for material handling as required
Qualifications
We are looking for a team member who combines practical ability with a responsible attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and the discipline to follow procedures precisely.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills in English.
- Physical fitness for a role that involves manual tasks and some heavy lifting.
- A current forklift licence is highly desirable.
- Experience in chemical blending, manufacturing, or a similar process industry is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Must have New Zealand residency or permanent work rights.
