This is a full-time role where you’ll split your time between operating our manufacturing equipment and supporting the essential functions of our warehouse, offering great variety and the chance to be part of a well-established New Zealand business.

Key Responsibilities
You will play a dual role critical to our operations. Your key duties will include:
- Safely operating and monitoring production machinery such as extruders, laminators, and cutting equipment to manufacture building products.
- Conducting quality checks on output and making necessary machine adjustments to ensure products meet precise specifications.
- Assisting with warehouse logistics: moving, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished goods.
- Performing general warehouse tasks like picking, packing, and loading orders for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment in both production and warehouse areas, strictly following all health and safety protocols.
- Working collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable team member with the following:
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
- A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate various types of production equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a firm commitment to quality control and workplace safety.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- A current forklift licence, or a strong willingness to obtain one.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
