The role is based in a modern facility in Kaki Bukit, offering a supportive and growth-oriented production environment.  Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, your primary focus will be on the meticulous operation and monitoring of precision equipment. Your daily tasks will include:

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating precision machines according to technical specifications and work orders.
• Closely monitoring machine operations to ensure consistent, smooth production and to identify any irregularities immediately.
• Performing regular quality control checks on manufactured parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Inspecting the dimensions, shape, and surface finish of parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting any defects or production discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Performing secondary tasks such as soldering and basic machine maintenance as required.

 Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a production environment. The suitable candidate should possess:

• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Willingness and ability to work a weekly rotating shift schedule (Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / Noon: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Prior experience operating precision machinery, particularly in micromechanics or a similar field, is highly preferred.
• A proactive and responsible work ethic, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic technical aptitude and the manual dexterity required for tasks like soldering and using measuring tools.

Contract Details and Benefits

This full-time position offers a structured package with clear compensation for shift work.

• A base salary ranging from S$1,600 to S$1,800, commensurate with experience.
• An additional S$12 per day is provided when working the noon shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
•  Consistent weekly rotating shifts, Monday to Friday.
•  Hands-on experience in a specialized field with opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth within a supportive environment.
