Here is an opportunity for a Property Steward – Cleaner to join a team serving office premises, residential apartments, and building areas across multiple Singapore locations including Novena, Telok Ayer, Downtown, and Chinatown. The monthly salary is up to $2,360, with 4-6 working days per week and 44 working hours on a rotating shift schedule. Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning services at office premises, residential apartments, and/or building areas.
- Carry out general cleaning and maintain cleanliness using appropriate materials, products, and equipment.
- Handle and dispose of waste according to standard procedures, instructions, and cleaning industry standards.
- Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policy and procedures.
Requirements
- General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning.
- Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate with customers.
- Must be able to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.
- Diligent, efficient, and well-mannered worker, willing to learn and be trained.
- Singaporeans only.
Working Hours
- 44 working hours per week, 4-6 working days on rotating shifts.
- Option 1: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm, Sunday: 8am-12pm – 1pm-5pm
- Option 2: Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 5.30pm -4.30pm
