Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting freight on our established regional network.

• Safely operate an assigned 2020 or newer Kenworth truck on dedicated regional routes throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and occasionally Tennessee.
• Adhere to a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule, departing Monday and returning home by Friday evening.
• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally during loading, unloading, and any customer interactions.
• Manage trip planning and communication to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for professional drivers who value reliability and a balanced schedule.

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
• A clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety are mandatory.
• Prior regional or OTR driving experience is preferred.
• The ability to be out on the road Monday through Friday and a reliable work ethic are essential.
