About the Position
This is a full-time position within a fast-paced and innovative fintech environment. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of our office and the smooth running of our pantry and refreshment services. Your Key Responsibilities
You will handle a blend of cleaning and hospitality tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
- Perform daily cleaning of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common spaces (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming).
- Clean and sanitize pantries and restrooms thoroughly, restocking supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Manage pantry duties: preparing coffee and tea, setting up refreshments, and ensuring beverage stations are clean and fully stocked.
- Assist with setting up and clearing meeting rooms and event spaces for team gatherings, lunches, or presentations.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling management according to office procedures.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies, reporting low stock to the office manager.
- Provide friendly and supportive service to all staff and visitors.
Qualifications We Value
