Position Summary
As a Housekeeping & Laundry Associate, you will:
- Respond promptly to guest requests and internal department needs.
- Fill and transport housekeeping carts to assigned areas.
- Enter guest rooms following proper procedures, ensuring vacancy before entry.
- Replace guest amenities, supplies, and linens, making beds and folding terry.
- Clean bathrooms, dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furniture.
- Check all appliances are present and operational.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care in guest rooms and hallways.
- Follow all company safety and security policies; report hazards, maintenance issues, and incidents.
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality at all times.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs, including assisting guests with disabilities.
- Lift, move, carry, and place objects ≤25 lbs independently, and heavier items with assistance.
- Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over uneven or sloping surfaces.
- Stand, sit, kneel, walk, and bend throughout your work shift as required.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

- Education: No high school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- License or Certification: None required.
