What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate the all-day dining restaurant and bar lounge.
- Perform bussing duties and serve food in the buffet restaurant.
- Provide customer service and food service in the bar area.
- Work in rotating shifts with 8 actual working hours per day plus 1 hour break.
- Deliver friendly, approachable service that embodies the Four Points brand values.
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required beginners welcome.
- English language skills are an advantage.
- Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Employment Details
Employment Types:Â Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Probation Period:Â 3 months (same conditions after probation)
Location:Â Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture (5-minute walk from Chubu International Airport Station)
Monthly Salary: ¥200,000 – ¥220,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary increase once per year (March)
- Bonus twice per year (Summer and Winter) – target of 2 months’ salary based on individual and company performance
- Overtime pay
- Commuting allowance (monthly pass equivalent paid in advance)
Days Off – Holidays:
- Shift-based schedule – 8 to 9 days off per month (108 days annual holiday)
- Paid annual leave (10 days in first year based on labor standards)
