Key Responsibilities
You’ll be at the heart of our store’s daily magic, ensuring every visitor has a fantastic experience. Your role will involve:
- Providing outstanding, friendly customer service by helping shoppers find the perfect toy, offering expert advice, and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.
- Assisting with sales, handling transactions accurately on our POS system, and managing laybys and special orders.
- Keeping our store looking its best by restocking shelves, creating engaging displays, and maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Working collaboratively with our energetic team to support daily operations and promotions.
- Stepping up to support with keyholder responsibilities, helping with opening and closing procedures when needed.

The Perfect Fit Will Have:
- A genuinely friendly, approachable, and positive personality with a passion for toys, games, and collectibles.
- A reliable, punctual nature and a strong sense of teamwork.
- The flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and key retail periods, especially during the busy Christmas season.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn all aspects of store operations.
Bonus Points:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but it’s not essential—we are committed to providing full, on-the-job training for the right person.
