Key Responsibilities
You will have full oversight of your store, ensuring it operates smoothly, meets sales goals, and delivers an outstanding brand experience.
- Manage all daily store operations, taking ownership to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Serve as a product expert, mastering all items, promotions, and brand guidelines to lead your team effectively.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects excellent service, and handle payment transactions with accuracy and care.
- Maintain a visually appealing store by keeping displays updated, the space clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Plan and manage staff rosters efficiently to maximise productivity and support all store activities, including stock takes.
Qualifications
We are looking for a results-oriented leader with solid retail management experience.
- Proven experience in a retail store management or supervisory role is essential.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent customer service skills, financial acumen for handling payments, and keen attention to visual merchandising.
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities to manage rosters, operations, and a team.
- Flexibility to work a 5-day week schedule that includes weekends, for a total of 44 hours.
